Alvin Armajo NASM-CPT CES PES

Alvin is a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) certified personal trainer (CPT) with additional advanced certifications as a Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES) and Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES). Alvin designs innovative and motivating fitness programs for individuals of all fitness levels. He has worked with clients to identify and correct muscle impairments that can lead to injury, inactivity and decreased performance.

His philosophy of training is simple as P.I.I.E. (Progressive, Individual, Integrated, Enjoyable) Fitness should be progressively challenging so that you can stay motivated and focused on your goals. Your program should be individually designed based your needs, current fitness level, goals, experience, and preferences. Programs should integrate various forms of fitness to ensure you have the right training at the right time. Finally, and most importantly, training should be enjoyable so that you will stick to the program and continue to see success.
